The Executive Committee (Comité de Direction) meets regularly to monitor the activities of FGM International, as well as its policies and strategies. It can be mobilized on any other topic at the initiative of the Chairman. The current Executive Committee comprises Jérémie Choiseau, Chairman of FGM International, and the following executives.
Jérémie Choiseau
Chairman
As an entrepreneur and former owner of C-Lines, a company specialized in livestock buildings and turnkey solutions in the poultry sector, Jérémie has moved into crop production. As an experienced businessman, he has an overall vision of the agricultural sector, from crop installations to storage production. Initially based in France, he has a multicultural business mindset and is now working to develop FGM International in new markets in Asia in addition to its current presence in Africa.
Samuel Simonin
General Manager of Global Grain Solutions
Since 2004, Samuel is the General Manager of Global Grain Solution, a company specialized in designing and assembling turnkey grain storage solutions. He has a very deep understanding of the complete value chain of the cereal industry and provides FGM International with his insights.
Ivan Diaz Garcia
General Manager
Ivan is a senior officer with solid qualitative experience in a variety of challenging operational, management and consulting roles in agribusiness projects. Operations, offshore engineering and IT are some of his other specialties. He has worked in many countries and has developed a wide network of useful and knowledgeable colleagues. Based in the United Arab Emirates, Ivan now contributes significantly to broadening the base of innovative agricultural projects that FGM International implements or supports.
Nicolas Forgeard-Grignon
Chief Contract and Finance Office
With an MSc. in Management from the University of Caen and a BSc. in IT from the University of La Rochelle, Nicolas joined FGM International in 2015 to apply his extensive experience in geographic information systems (including remote sensing solutions, drone and satellite imagery acquisition for map processing) to agricultural situations. Following his successful experience with major projects abroad, Nicolas was appointed Chief Contacts and Finance Office, his responsibilities include contracting, finance supervision and back office management of the headquarters.
Louis-Marie Mitteault
Technical Director
An agricultural engineer with a degree from the École Supérieure d'Agriculture d'Angers, Louis-Marie is FGM International's leading expert in crop production. Thanks to his experience on large farms in France and abroad, Louis-Marie has specialized in the design of agricultural projects. He is highly qualified in open field production such as cereals, forage, potatoes and intelligent irrigation management.
Matteo Iagatti
Project Engineer
With a Ph.D. in Agricultural Policy from the l'Università degli Studi della Tuscia, Italy, and a Master's degree in Agricultural Science and Technology from the University of Perugia, Italy, Mattéo is a former market analyst and advisor to a major sugar beet growers' association, and an expert in the financing of agricultural projects. With experience in IFIs and then in the corporate banking and agricultural investment sectors, he is uniquely qualified to assess the economic performance of agricultural projects. Matteo has also worked in pistachio production in France, where he implemented the most sustainable and regenerative production practices.

The founder of FGM, young graduate in agronomy and agricultural engineering, is appointed farm manager of one of the larger estates in France.
1982
FGM founder is assigned in Saudi Arabia to run a major farm investment.
1990
FGM Expert Farmer brand is developed for large-scale farm management.
2000
FGM founder expends the capacities to include small holders, farmer cooperatives and rural development.
2012
FGM enters into management of major large-scale farms.
2020
FGM tunes up its range of activities following a significant capital increase; particularly addressing prevailing climate and natural resource issues.
